We offer rolling admissions, however, program placement is determined by an age cut-off of September 1st. Parents interested in enrolling their child may submit a completed application for admission. Enrollment is based on the results of the application and evaluation. We do not discriminate based on religion, race, sex, or national origin.

Observation
Once your application has been submitted, we will evaluate and if moved on through the next steps you will receive a link to schedule an "Observation Day/Week" on our website. Here is where you pay the $250 Application and observation fee. This time is an opportunity for our teachers to observe your child in the ILIM School environment.

Acceptance
Once your application has been reviewed you will receive a determination letter accepted by our enrollment team, your child will move to an "Enrolled observed" status. Parents will receive a link to schedule their "Parent Orientation day" before starting.
Tuition & Fees
Tuition is for the year but does allow for monthly installment payments.

Financial Aid & Scholarships
Parents must apply for the North Carolina state scholarship first if their student is between the ages of 4 -12 years and reside in North Carolina. If rejected, the parents can apply for ILIM Financial Aid ( if the student is age 4 and applying for the state scholarship the student must apply for early kindergarten, NOT preschool.)
If applying for ILIM School financial aid, we use a 3rd party for issuance of its financial aid. The financial aid application fee is $60.00 per family (not student)
